Overview
This section is for the purpose of the re-registration of a private to public company OR a public to private company OR an unlimited to limited by shares company. Section 531 (2) of the Companies Act 2009 provides that every company after the commencement of the Act shall apply to the Commission for a certificate of re-registration. The application form(s) and required documents can be submitted online or as hard copies.
