Particular of Charge

Overview

This section is for the purpose of applying for a charge for the following reasons:

to secure the issue of a debenture
for an uncalled share capital
for registration as bill of sale
a charge on land
a charge on book debts
a floating share on property
a charge on calls made by not paid
a charge on ship or aircraft
a charge on goodwill, patent or copyright.

The application form(s) and required documents can be submitted online or as hard copies. They must be submitted within 21 days after the charge has first been created. In case a company misses this deadline, a court order must be issued to extend the delivery time.
